Position: Pastry Cook I

Join our team in the Land of Enchantment! We seek a passionate individual with a dedication to service excellence and enthusiasm. Candidates should have 3-4 years of experience in a pastry kitchen or hotel operation, be flexible with schedules, and possess excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs is required, along with legal work authorization in the U.S.

Responsibilities include:

1. Managing daily operations of the assigned kitchen station.
2. Assisting in menu creation and pastry production.
3. Maintaining quality standards in dessert and pastry presentation.
4. Communicating with the culinary team regarding menu items and shortages.
5. Ensuring cleanliness and organization of work areas.
6. Performing other tasks as assigned, following all food service guidelines.
