CoxHealth is seeking a Registration Specialist II to assist patients at the on-site registration and arrival process for scheduled and unscheduled visits in a fast-paced healthcare setting. You will collect demographic and insurance information and manage patient financial obligations at the time of service.

The role emphasizes professional, friendly interactions with patients and staff, with possible travel between CoxHealth sites and occasional extended hours based on department needs.

Responsabilidades

• Handle patient financial obligations at the time of service and assist with financial clearance as needed.
• Greet and serve patients and staff in a professional, friendly, and respectful manner; may require travel between sites and extended hours.
