Job summary

Main Line Health is seeking a Registration Scheduling Specialist for Lankenau Medical Center's Emergency Department in Ardmore, PA. You will greet patients, collect accurate data, and help them understand financial responsibilities with empathetic service.

In this role you’ll work with nursing staff and other departments to provide seamless patient flow and outstanding service, with opportunities for tuition reimbursement up to $6,000 annually based on status and eligibility.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Excellent customer service and computer skills.
• High school diploma preferred.

Responsibilities

Registration Scheduling Specialist

Shift:

2:30PM-11PM (every other Sat/Sun)

Experience:

Required:

• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Excellent customer service and computer skills.

Preferred:

• Minimum of 2 years of registration experience in a medical setting.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Knowledge of insurance and third party reimbursement.

Education:

High school diploma preferred.
