This position involves obtaining demographic, clinical, financial, and insurance information for patient tests and procedures, performing pre-registration and registration activities, responding to real-time eligibility verification, providing test preparation instructions, and validating medical necessity for Medicare and Non-Medicare cases.

Position Details

• Location: Remote
• Specialty: Hospital Imaging
• Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00 am – 5:30 pm

Responsibilities

• Pre-Register patients
• Schedule appointments
• Verify eligibility in real-time
• Provide estimates of services
• Handle inbound and outbound calls (85–100 per day)

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma (Associate's Degree preferred)
• Knowledge of medical terminology and data entry skills
