The Front Desk interfaces with patients and families, physicians and staff; admits patients and processes their paperwork; updates demographics in the system and collects payments per office procedure; answers incoming calls.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• 1–3 years medical receptionist experience.
• Ability to operate standard office equipment.
• Medical terminology and computer experience beneficial.
• Bilingual preferred.
• Good communication skills.

Answer incoming phone calls.

Qualifications:

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• 1-3 years medical receptionist experience
• Must have the skills necessary to operate office equipment that are required to fulfill job duties.
• Medical terminology and computer experience beneficial.
• Bilingual preferred.
• Good communication skills.
