Job summary

MedSrv, LLC is seeking a Registration Representative to support our back-office registration team. You’ll review and resolve registration issues that may cause claim errors, payer rejections, or denials, in a remote setting across TN, GA, AL, FL, NC, SC, and KY.

In this role you’ll use Real-Time Eligibility in EPIC to troubleshoot issues, fix payer mapping errors, and manage payer information in client systems.

Position Overview

We’re seeking a Registration Representative to support our back-office registration team. In this role, you’ll review and resolve registration issues that may cause claim errors, payer rejections, or denials. What You’ll Do

• Review and fix registration errors flagged during claim edits.
• Resolve payer rejections (277 files) and denials related to registration.
• Use Real-Time Eligibility (RTE) in EPIC to troubleshoot issues.
• Identify and resolve payer mapping or user entry errors.
• Manage payer information in client systems (add, remove, update order as needed).

What We’re Looking For

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Experience: At least 1 year of related experience preferred; equivalent training/education considered.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Physical Requirements

• Able to work at a computer for extended periods.
• Occasionally lift up to 15 lbs.
