Job summary

North Canyon Jerome Clinic, part of North Canyon Network of Care, seeks a Medical Assistant – Registration to perform clinical tasks within the Idaho Scope of Practice and manage front-office functions. You will work directly with patients, providers, and staff to ensure efficient registration, scheduling, and patient service.

Requirements include CMA/RMA or CNA in Idaho or eligibility within 1 year, current BLS, and 2 years of clerical/medical office experience preferred.

Qualifications

• CMA/RMA or CNA Idaho certification or eligibility within 1 year of hire.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Two years of clerical/front-desk/medical office experience preferred.
• Proficiency with EHRs and Windows-based systems.
• Excellent oral and written communication; strong customer service.
• Medical terminology knowledge preferred.
• High level of professionalism and presentation.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Sound judgment and collaborative spirit.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
