About the Role
Join our dynamic team as a Registration Manager, where you'll play a key role in orchestrating exceptional meetings and events while ensuring top-notch customer service. You will guide clients on their registration needs, manage attendee logistics, and help create memorable experiences. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will shine as you collaborate with various stakeholders to keep everything running smoothly.

You're Good At

• Managing relationships and maintaining effective communication with clients and vendors
• Overseeing attendee registration processes and ensuring accuracy and data integrity
• Developing registration websites and troubleshooting any related issues
• Analyzing client needs to develop tailored reporting and informational solutions
• Working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

You Might Also Have

• 1-3 years of experience in event registration or administrative roles
• Hands-on experience with web development in registration technologies
• A college degree (preferred) and hospitality experience
• Familiarity with systems like Cvent, Attendee Hub, and related applications
• The ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and design methodologies

You Should Know

• This is a virtual position that operates in the Eastern Time Zone.
• Some travel may be required to assist with on-site program operations as needed.

We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Registration Manager is between $51,700 - $57,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget .
