Our company works with 45,000 union workers in California who require personal customer care. As a result of increased demand from our client base, we seek highly motivated workers to counsel and serve working families.
However, our service team is selective. We are looking for qualified candidates who have experience in customer service or sales, and who are flexible, adaptable, and trainable. This is a full-time position.
We specialize in life insurance to protect different areas of family life, focusing on families with average income and health. We have many requests for insurance through our niche market but not enough agents to meet this demand.
This position is on a commission-only basis. The commission schedule is designed to help you start earning quickly. You could be paid within a week of writing your first policy. Our average sale nationwide is for $1,000 in annual premium, with a bonus structure that allows associates to earn $600 for just one sale.
We offer comprehensive training to help you sell policies quickly. This includes training on our carriers, products, and sales scripts. Our goal is to help you make money! If you want to grow an agency, we can assist you in achieving that within months.
