Job summary

• Monitors the registration process to ensure 95–100% data accuracy and strong customer service.
• Provides leadership and scheduling of staff in registration and financial services; trains and evaluates employees.
• Coordinates with physicians and other hospital departments to streamline pre-registration and improve patient flow.
