The Orthopaedic Center is seeking a Registration Clerk for our 1st Floor clinics in Huntsville, AL. This full-time role averages 40 hours weekly with a rotating weekday off. You will greet patients, handle check-in/check-out, schedule appointments and collect co-pays, while supporting coverage across offices.

Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills are essential. HS/GED and prior customer service experience are preferred.

Overview

The Orthopaedic Center is looking for a highly motivated Registration Clerk for our 1st Floor clinics. This opening is a full-time position averaging 40 hours per week. This position requires employees to be present every Monday, followed by 10-hour shifts Tuesday through Friday, generally from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Employees will receive one weekday off each week, with the day off rotating on a weekly basis. The Registration Clerk will perform an array of tasks such as greeting and assisting with check-in duties of all patients presenting for an appointment, as well as check out patients to include scheduling appointments and collecting co-payments. The Registration Clerk will assist other offices with coverage issues when needed, as well as any other duties assigned. The Registration Clerk must be able to communicate effectively with patients, TOC physicians and staff.

Qualifications

Education required: HS/GED

Experience: Customer Service Representative experience preferred
