Park West is seeking a skilled Registrar to support and receive patients at our Belvedere location.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Follow all policies and procedures.
  2. Answer phone calls and address questions and concerns professionally.
  3. Enter data into the computer system daily.
  4. Schedule and reschedule patient appointments, including follow-ups, call-ins, and walk-ins.
  5. Maintain supply of necessary forms.
  6. Transcribe verbal communication accurately and courteously.
  7. Keep the work environment neat and clean.
  8. Obtain updated demographic and insurance information from patients.
  9. Handle incoming calls for appointments.
  10. Maintain provider schedules and distribute daily schedules.
  11. Notify patients of their appointments.
Qualifications
  1. At least two years of clerical experience, preferably in a medical office setting, with proficiency in Windows and data-based programs.
  2. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate professionally with staff and patients.
  3. Responsibility for patient intake, capturing demographic and insurance info, securing signatures, and scheduling appointments.
