This position involves maintaining student records, evaluating transcripts, assisting with student services events, and ensuring compliance with admissions policies.

Position Details

This is a remote, full-time, entry-level position. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, experience in post-secondary records processes, and familiarity with relevant systems and guidelines (e.g., FERPA, CampusVue, SEVIS).

Responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining and evaluating student records and transcripts
  • Processing student schedule and program changes
  • Assisting with student services events like Commencement
  • Ensuring compliance with admissions policies
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience with post-secondary records and systems
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and technology skills
  • Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook; experience with CampusVue and SEVIS preferred
  • Familiarity with FERPA guidelines preferred
