Job summary

Vertex Education is seeking a Registrar Compliance & Community Outreach Specialist to ensure each campus operates with excellence in enrollment, attendance, and student records management. You will coach registrars, provide training, run the annual enrollment lottery, and lead internal audits and SOP updates to maintain audit readiness across multiple campuses.

Experience with PowerSchool and enrollment platforms (SchoolMint, Avela) and a commitment to community outreach are essential for

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience training school registrars or office staff.
• Experience with PowerSchool and enrollment platforms such as SchoolMint or Avela.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily registrar support and troubleshooting.
• Review registrar entries for accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate the annual enrollment lottery and registrar training.
• Conduct attendance reconciliations and compliance reviews.
• Oversee student records and transcripts.
• Maintain and update SOPs for audit readiness.
• Coach registrars to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Deliver training on enrollment workflows and records management.
• Assist in registrar interviews and hiring decisions.
• Represent the school at enrollment events and outreach activities.
