USPI Foundation Surgical Hospital is seeking a motivated Registrar to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for patients and families, ensuring a warm, welcoming atmosphere and efficient handling of administrative tasks.

Responsibilities include registering patients, verifying insurance, updating records, answering inquiries about surgery and finances, and coordinating intake with clinical and administrative teams. Prior healthcare front desk experience is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; healthcare certifications are a plus.
• Previous front desk/registration experience in a healthcare setting is required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and insurance verification is a plus.
• Proficiency in computer applications and data entry.
• Longevity in past roles is beneficial.

USPI Foundation Surgical Hospital is seeking a motivated Registrar to join our team. We have 25 Beds and 8 OR rooms and 3 ER Rooms. We perform outpatient surgical procedures in Orthopedic, Spine.

Job Summary

As a Registrar, you will serve as the first point of contact for our patients and their families. Your role is instrumental in creating a positive impression and ensuring that all administrative tasks are efficiently managed. We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer patient inquiries and provide information regarding the surgery process and financial aspects.
