Your role with us
As a registrar at Salem Health, you will courteously admit and register patients, accurately capturing their demographic and financial information while ensuring compliance with regulatory and billing requirements. You will utilize the Epic electronic medical record system to verify insurance eligibility, obtain necessary authorizations, and resolve registration errors promptly. Providing exceptional customer service, you will also support team training, participate in Lean process improvements, and adapt flexibly to meet the needs of multiple service areas.
