Salem Health is seeking a Patient Placement RN in House Operations at Salem Hospital. You will ensure patients are placed in the right bed and level of care, coordinating with physicians and care managers to support safe flow.
Your role requires BSN (MSN preferred), Oregon RN licensure, BLS, and at least three years of RN experience. You will work three 12-hour night shifts, with an emphasis on collaboration, leadership, and patient-centered care.

As a patient placement RN within House Operations, you play a critical role in ensuring patients are placed in the right level of care, in the right bed, at the right time. You’ll serve as a central clinical resource, collaborating closely with physicians, nursing leadership, care management, and external facilities to support safe, efficient patient flow throughout the hospital. Your clinical expertise, sound judgment, and ability to navigate complex situations will directly impact patient outcomes, operational efficiency, and the overall care experience.
