Job summary

Grand River Health in Rifle, Colorado, seeks a full-time Registrar for day shifts to register patients, schedule appointments, and assist with clinic prep in a busy hospital setting.

The role requires a high school diploma (or equivalent) and an AHA BLS certification within 3 months of hire. Prior related experience is preferred as the team delivers compassionate, neighbor-focused care to Western Colorado and beyond.

Qualifications

• Must obtain American Heart Association (AHA) approved BLS certification within 3 months of hire and maintain throughout employment.

• Confirms authorization/approval for treatment with payers or employers.
• Collects insurance and service information from incoming patients.
• Stocks treatment rooms and assists with clinic preparation.
• Monitors and maintains hydro-collator and freezer temperatures.
• Performs culture checks and equipment cleaning as needed.
• Multitasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Completes additional duties as assigned.

Who We’re Looking For

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

• Pay Range: $17.50-$21.87/ hour (based on experience)
