Rite of Passage is hiring a School Registrar for Canyon State Academy in Queen Creek, Arizona. The role supports the school office by managing student records and information, reporting to the principal, and potentially supervising the Assistant Registrar depending on location.

Starting pay is $42k per year with benefits including medical, dental, vision, company-paid life insurance within 90 days, 401k match up to 6% after 1 year, and paid time off. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of college education.
• At least three years of experience working in an office environment.
• Experience and success in office management.
• Good interpersonal skills including the ability to interview potential employees if required.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test.
• Be able to pass a search of the child abuse central registry.

Responsabilités

• The School Registrar works as a staff member of the Education Department team and supports the school office by managing school information and student records.
• The School Registrar reports to the principal and may directly supervise the Assistant Registrar depending on location; CSA notes include supervising the Assistant Registrar and School Administrative Assistant.

Canyon State Academy is located on a scenic 180-acre campus surrounded by a football stadium, an athletic center (gymnasium, padded wrestling room, a fully equipped weight room & more), a Farm student housing for 300 + youth, a Thrift Store, Cafe and Barbershop open to the community. Free meals on site for staff. As well as 10% off Thrift Store and Cafe purchases for employees.

What you will do:

The School Registrar works as a staff member of the Education Department team. Primarily responsible for
supporting the school office by managing school information and student records. The School Registrar reports to
the principal. Depending on location, this position may directly supervise the Assistant Registrar. Regarding CSA:
This position directly supervises the Assistant Registrar and School Administrative Assistant.

To be considered you should:
