Reidsville Veterinary Hospital is seeking an experienced Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) to join our team and support both outpatient and inpatient care, including surgery, dentistry, and triage services.

We are seeking a versatile, skilled RVT who thrives in a dynamic environment — balancing exam room care, client communication, and hands‑on procedural support across a broad and exciting GP and triage caseload. Responsibilities include:

• Supporting efficient exam room, outpatient, surgical, and dental workflows
• Performing anesthesia induction, monitoring, and recovery
• Assisting in surgery
• Performing dental procedures, including prophylaxis and radiography
• Maintaining accurate, detailed medical records and treatment documentation
• Reviewing treatment plans, medications, and discharge instructions with clients clearly and compassionately
• Identifying patient concerns and supporting efficient case management across the hospital
• Building strong client relationships through education, communication, and attentive service

This role is ideal for technicians who enjoy variety in their day, are confident moving between exam room and procedure support, and want to fully utilize their clinical knowledge, technical skillset, and client communication abilities in a collaborative general practice environment.

Schedule and compensation:

• Compensation: $23 - 25 per hour, for each hour worked
• Schedule: This is a full‑time or part‑time position with flexible scheduling options — we offer day shift, 2nd shift, and 3rd shift availability to fit your lifestyle. Tell us what works for you and we'll build a schedule that makes sense.

Full‑time Benefits Package*:

• Bonus package: $2000 based on active, good‑standing veterinary technician credentials in the state of North Carolina

Minimum qualifications and skill set:

• 2+ years of veterinary technician experience
• Active and good‑standing Registered Veterinary Technician in the state of North Carolina **
