Starting Pay: $23–$28 per hour

Eagle Animal Hospital – Tiffany Springs is growing, and we’re looking for a passionate, motivated Registered Veterinary Technician to join our team.
We are a 16‑doctor, small animal practice serving the Kansas City area (Tiffany Springs, Riverside, Staley and Liberty). Our hospital combines compassionate, individualized care with advanced technology — giving our technicians the opportunity to practice at a high level every single day.
Advanced Medicine, Modern Equipment
We’re fully equipped with digital radiology, EKG, cold laser therapy, CT, laparoscopy, endoscopy, ultrasound, and more — allowing you to expand your technical skills beyond the basics.
Our RVTs are hands‑on in surgery, anesthesia, dentistry, diagnostics, and inpatient care. We believe in empowering our technicians to work to the top of their license.
Our tenured technicians mentor and support one another. We celebrate wins (big and small), step in when teammates need help, and truly function as a collaborative team.
- Full‑time: 4 days per week
- Rotating Saturdays (8:00 am–12:00 pm)
- Closed Sundays and major holidays
As a Registered Veterinary Technician, you’ll play a vital role in patient care and client communication. Responsibilities include:
- Placing IV catheters & performing phlebotomy
- Administering injections & medications
- Anesthesia induction & monitoring
- Perioperative surgical nursing
- Dental prophylaxis & dental radiographs
- In‑house laboratory diagnostics
- Monitoring hospitalized patients
- Educating and communicating with clients
- Assisting doctors with advanced procedures
- Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) credentialed
- At least 1 year of veterinary experience preferred
- Confident in anesthesia, dentistry, and technical skills
- Positive, team‑oriented mindset
- Strong communication skills
- Passionate about patient advocacy and high‑quality medicine
