Qualifications

• Active RVT license or enrollment in an accredited Veterinary Technology program.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• A team player with empathy, warmth, and a great sense of humor.
• A proactive mindset—no task is too small.
• Ability to lift/restrain pets up to 40 lbs and stay on your feet all day.
• Flexibility to work based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Gather patient history and vitals.
• Perform venipuncture and conduct lab tests (hematology, serology, blood chemistry, urinalysis, fecal analysis, skin/ear cytology).
• Place IV catheters and monitor hospitalized/surgical patients.
• Administer and monitor anesthesia for surgery patients.
• Assist veterinarians during surgical procedures.
• Conduct and assist with diagnostic testing and radiography.
• Educate clients on pet care in person and by phone.

$26.00 - $30.00 / hour (pay based on experience)

What You’ll Do:

• Gather patient history and vitals
