Job summary

Pine Grove Animal Hospital in Parker, CO is hiring a full-time Registered Veterinary Technician to join Thrive Pet Healthcare. You will provide end-to-end patient care, support outpatient treatments, and assist with anesthesia, lab work, and patient admissions/discharges.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of clinical veterinary experience as a Veterinary Technician.
• CVT/RVT/LVT (active and current) required.
• Strong anesthesia skills and ability to monitor vitals and integrate signs for early intervention.
• Positive work attitude and self-motivation.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end care for patients, from outpatient treatments to lab work.
• Assist doctors with anesthesia and monitoring during procedures.
• Admit and discharge patients and maintain accurate medical records.

Pine Grove Animal Hospital is looking for a full-time Registered Veterinary Technician to join our team as part of the Thrive Pet Healthcare community in Parker, CO.

About You

You’ll play an important role in pets’ lives by providing end-to-end care for our precious patients. Your life-changing work will range from the hands‑on care of facilitating outpatient treatments and performing laboratory tests, to support services including admitting and discharging patients.

Your Experience & Skills

• Minimum 2 years of clinical veterinary experience as a Veterinary Technician (direct patient care)
• CVT/RVT/LVT (active and current) required
• Has strong anesthesia skills (Able to obtain Blood pressure, ECG, Sp02, and ETC02 and integrate clinical signs with disease processes to assist doctors in early and appropriate intervention of patient care)
• Possesses a positive work attitude
• Self-motivated
• Excellent communication and organization skills

Compensation is negotiable based on experience and credentials, with an expected starting range of $23 - $27/ hour. The actual compensation will carefully consider a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
