Job summary

VCA Cornerstone Animal Hospital in Cary, NC seeks a veterinary technician or trainee to join a full-service hospital providing primary and preventive care, surgery, and dentistry. You will support patient care, assist in anesthesia and surgery, handle radiology and lab work, and educate clients to promote overall pet health.

Qualifications

• Credentialed technician or technician in training, skilled in clinical care and client communication.
• Ability to assist in anesthesia, dental and surgical procedures as part of the veterinary team.
• Proficiency in patient assessment, radiology, venipuncture and lab work is desirable.

Compensation: $17 - $25 / hr is based on skill set, experience, and licensure status (RVT, VTS)
