Job summary

Colorado State University Veterinary Teaching Hospital in Fort Collins, CO is seeking a Registered Veterinary Technician to join the Small Animal Primary Care team. You will be part of a collaborative teaching hospital, working with faculty veterinarians, interns, residents, and students to advance patient care and education.

The role involves anesthesia, dentistry, and hands-on medical and surgical procedures, plus opportunities to mentor students and contribute to a Spectrum of Care model that

Qualifications

  • Colorado Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) license or eligible for registration.
  • Experience or interest in anesthesia, dentistry, and patient handling.
  • Willingness to teach and mentor veterinary students in a teaching hospital.

Responsibilities

  • Perform medical, dental, and surgical procedures as part of the Small Animal Primary Care team.
  • Teach and mentor veterinary students through hands-on clinical training.
  • Utilize and develop dentistry and anesthesia skills in a teaching hospital setting.

Are you an RVT who loves surgery, dentistry, teaching, and making a difference? We're looking for a Registered Veterinary Technician to join our Small Animal Primary Care team at the CSU Veterinary Teaching Hospital in Fort Collins, Colorado.
