Responsibilities

• Performs Ultrasound Imaging by ACR, facility, and radiologist standards. Demonstrates radiation protection/safety for patient, staff and self. Provides superior customer service in accordance with facility core values. Completes ancillary tasks to ensure efficient and consistent departmental operations.
• Must be able to perform on-call, various shifts, holidays, and weekends when required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of School of Sonography/Radiography or hospital/military program where registry status can be obtained.
• Required Registration/License/Certification: BLS within 90 days of DOH/Transfer; ARRT-(S) or ARDMS.
• Preferred Education: Graduate of School of Sonography or ARDMS registered.
• Preferred Experience: Graduate of School of Sonography or ARDMS registered.
• Preferred Registration/License/Certification: Graduate of School of Sonography or ARDMS registered.
