St. Luke's University Health Network is seeking a polysomnography technologist to perform essential sleep studies and manage data collection in both in-lab and home settings. The role emphasizes accuracy, safety and documentation within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Registered polysomnography technologist in good standing.
• Ability to score sleep studies per latest parameters.
• Experience with nasal CPAP, BiPAP and related equipment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates the ability to perform essential polysomnography functions.
• Sets up and uses nasal CPAP, BiPAP, ASV, ETCO2, TcCO2, home studies and oxygen.
• Acquires study data per department policies and initiates video taping on patient arrival.
• Scores in-lab and home studies per standard parameters.
• Maintains safety and handling of lab chemicals.
• Documents observations per policy and maintains study log book.
• Assists with training of new staff.
• Completes Interscorer Reliability by the 15th of each month.
