Qualifications
- Active PA RN license is required.
- BLS/CPR certification required.
- Ability to complete PA Dept of Education fingerprinting via IdentoGO.
- Up-to-date medical documentation (physical, titers, QuantiFERON) is required.
- Compassionate, patient-focused approach with strong communication skills.
- School nursing, pediatrics, or urgent care experience is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities
- Conducting health screenings and monitoring vital signs.
- Administering medications and first aid during school hours.
- Developing individualized healthcare plans for students with chronic conditions or special needs.
- Maintaining HIPAA-compliant medical records.
- Educating students and staff on hygiene, nutrition, and disease prevention.
- Responding to medical emergencies, including CPR.
- Supporting students 1:1, including those with disabilities.
- Partnering with educators, parents, and healthcare providers to support student health.

Founded in 2005, Health Source Group has grown from staffing smaller healthcare offices into a full-service staffing partner for school districts, hospitals, and long-term care facilities. Our network includes RNs, LPNs, CNAs, Social Workers, Psychologists, and Resource Room Teachers all working together to support the health and wellbeing of the students and communities we serve.
- Conducting health screenings and monitoring vital signs
- Administering medications and first aid during school hours

- Educating students and staff on hygiene, nutrition, and disease prevention
