Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Current License as a Respiratory Therapist in the state of practice; NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist.
• BLS certification; ACLS within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine and advanced therapeutic procedures per policy.
• Reviews and documents all clinical information for each patient.
• Educates patients and co-workers on procedures and treatment plans.
• Performs diagnostic procedures (ABG, EKG) as ordered.
• Delivers care appropriate to patient age and population.
