A healthcare organization is seeking a dedicated Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) in Kissimmee, Florida, to provide high-quality therapeutic and diagnostic services. The RRT will manage acute care ventilators and administer both routine and specialized procedures. Ideal candidates have an RRT credential and at least one year of experience. Qualifications

• Completion of an AMA-approved Respiratory Care program (Associates Degree required).
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required).
• Minimum 1 year of RRT experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Set up, operate, and monitor respiratory therapy equipment for patients.
• Administer routine and specialized respiratory therapy procedures as prescribed.
• Manage acute care ventilators for patients requiring mechanical ventilation.
• Assess patient responses and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with hospital standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
• Function independently and make clinical decisions in the absence of a team leader.
