Job summary

Lancesoft is seeking a Respiratory Therapist for a hospital in Virginia. Earn up to $48/hr with a sign-on bonus and a stable days/nights schedule. New grads are welcome to apply and will work with advanced respiratory technology in critical care settings.

Responsibilities include assessing patients, delivering treatments, managing ventilation, and ensuring equipment safety in ICU, emergency, and neonatal units.

Qualifications

• Active RRT/RCP License (State)
• BLS/CPR Certification (within 30 days of hire)
• Associate degree / Certificate / Vocational Training accepted
