LanceSoft is seeking a Respiratory Therapist to provide high-quality respiratory care in an acute care hospital. You will assess patients, administer therapies, manage ventilators, assist with airway procedures, and respond to emergencies, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.

Applicants must hold an active RRT/RCP license and an Associate Degree, with BLS and ACLS (or the ability to obtain within 30 days). This full-time role offers comprehensive benefits and the chance to impact patient care

Job Summary

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay: $30.34–$41.50/hour (based on experience)
• Sign-On Bonus: Case-by-case
