Job summary

LanceSoft is seeking a Respiratory Therapist to provide patient-centered care in a hospital setting, including assessment, oxygen therapy, aerosol treatments, airway management, and ventilation support.

The role requires NBRC RRT certification, Florida licensure, an associate degree, and experience in critical care or L&D. Certifications (BLS/ACLS/PALS/NRP) should be completed within specified timelines. Night and weekend differentials apply along with a $15,000 sign-on bonus.
