Mercy is seeking a Respiratory Care Practitioner to provide direct patient care and collaborate with physicians to optimize respiratory therapies. You will act as a key resource for the medical team, delivering care per orders and ensuring patient safety throughout shifts.

Required credentials include an RCP license and NBRC-RRT, with ACLS preferred. This role supports Mercy's mission to deliver compassionate, high-quality healthcare with a patient-centered approach.

Qualificações

• Graduate of a CoArc approved Respiratory Care program.
• Current Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license.
• Hold the Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential (NBRC).
• ACLS is preferred.
• PALS required for ER staff.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct patient care per physician orders.
• Consult with physicians on effectiveness of respiratory therapy.
• Serve as an advanced resource for physicians and nursing staff on respiratory care.
• Perform duties as assigned.
