Job summary

Tanner Health is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist to deliver cardiopulmonary care under supervision at our Carrollton facility. You will administer respiratory treatments, manage airways and ventilators, and analyze blood gases as part of a patient-focused team.

The role requires three years of relevant experience and current credentials, including RRT, ACLS, PALS and CPR; you must obtain PALS and ACLS within eight months of hire. Excellent service and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Must become certified in PALS and ACLS within 8 months of employment.

Responsibilities

Job description

The Registered Respiratory Therapist performs Cardiopulmonary duties in accordance with hospital policy/procedure under general supervision. This can include administering of respiratory treatments, airway management, ventilator management, blood gases, and other noninvasive cardiology procedures. This individual will be held to a high level of customer service representation and will be an active participant in the continuous quality improvement process. Serves as a resource to other employees.
