Position Summary:
Accountable and responsible for planning, managing, coordinating and evaluating Neonate, Pediatric, Adolescent, Adult, and Geriatric patients’ respiratory needs and treatments to facilitate optimal outcomes for a select group of patients/patrons. In collaboration with physician and Nurse Manager, determines the appropriateness of therapy and treatment modalities.
Minimum Qualifications:
Required: Graduate of a School of Respiratory Therapy. Certified or Registered Respiratory Therapist, Current BLS certification, Current PA RCP License. Must attain Certified Respiratory Therapist credential 6 months within date of hire.
Preferred: Associate / bachelor’s degree in respiratory therapy or health Related Profession. One Year Respiratory Care experience. Registered Respiratory Therapist. ACLS.
