Job summary

Ardent Health Services in Amarillo, TX is seeking a night shift, full-time Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to support general and critical care settings. You will perform respiratory care procedures, both in the emergency room and unit-based care, ensuring patient comfort and safety.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, an associate degree in Respiratory Therapy, Texas RCP license, NBRC RRT, and current BLS/ACLS; PALS for ER/Pedi and NRP for NICU as required.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Respiratory Therapy.
• Licensed by the Texas Medical Board as an Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP).
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.
• Current ACLS certification.
• (RRT) NBRC certification.
• (ER/Pedi) PALS certification.
• (NICU) NRP certification.

Responsibilities
