Job description

Provides direct respiratory care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation, within hospital guidelines. Utilizes advanced clinical expertise to support patient safety and deliver age-appropriate care, serving as a resource to the healthcare team. Performs diagnostic and therapeutic procedures such as mechanical ventilation, nitric oxide delivery, arterial blood gases, and pulmonary testing. Demonstrates critical care skills for procedures like ECMO support, bronchoscopy, and sleep studies, and responds swiftly as part of Rapid Response Teams. Communicates effectively with team members, documents care, and educates patients, families, and staff. Maintains ongoing professional development and manages multiple duties efficiently.

• Associates degree from an accredited Respiratory Therapy program
• Licenses & Certifications: Respiratory Care Practitioner, RRT, Basic Cardiovascular Life Support (BLS)
