Job summary

Methodist Midlothian Medical Center in Texas is seeking a Respiratory Therapist for a PRN role with a twelve-hour shift once per week. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide evidence-based pulmonary care and diagnostic testing in accordance with physician orders and protocols.

Requirements include graduating from an accredited Respiratory Care Program, BLS and ACLS certifications, and Texas licensure as a Respiratory Care Practitioner, with NRP/PALS to be obtained within

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Care Program.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required.
• NRP, Pediatric Advanced Life Support — must obtain within 1 year of hire.
• Licensed in good standing as a Respiratory Care Practitioner by Texas Medical Board.
• Registered by the National Board for Respiratory Care.
• At least 6 months respiratory care experience.
