Job summary

Dallas Center United Methodist Hospital in Texas is seeking a Respiratory Therapist PRN to join a fast-paced team providing evidence-based pulmonary care and diagnostic testing per physician orders.

You must graduate from an accredited Respiratory Care Program, hold a Texas license in good standing, and maintain BLS and ACLS certifications; NBRC registration is required, with NRP/PALS to be obtained within 12 months of hire. NICU experience is preferred for this role.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Care Program.
• Current Basic Life Support certification required.
• Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification required.
• NRP and Pediatric Advanced Life Support must be obtained within 1 year of hire.
• Licensed in good standing as a Respiratory Care Practitioner by Texas Medical Board.
• Registered by the National Board for Respiratory Care.
• At least 6 months respiratory care experience.

The Respiratory Therapist consistently performs evidence based pulmonary care and diagnostic testing in accordance with physician orders and evidence-based protocols.

Your Job Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Care Program
