The therapist will serve as a resource within the healthcare team, ensuring safe, age-appropriate care while adhering to quality standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate respiratory care activities.
• Communicate effectively with the healthcare team and document appropriately.
• Educate patients, families, and staff about respiratory treatments and procedures.
• Perform diagnostic tests and therapeutic procedures following established guidelines.

• Participate in quality improvement and clinical ladder programs.

Qualifications & Skills

• Associate degree in Respiratory Therapy from an accredited program.
• Licenses and certifications including Respiratory Care Practitioner, RRT, and BLS.
• Strong clinical skills, critical thinking, and ability to troubleshoot procedures.
• Excellent communication, teaching, and team collaboration abilities.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree and experience in advanced respiratory interventions.
