• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Respiratory Therapy (preferred).
• Certifications: NBRC-RRT, Respiratory Care Prof, BLS, and ACLS (all required upon hire).
• 0-2 years clinical experience with at least 6 months in critical care.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, teamwork, and computer skills.
