Responsibilities

Under medical director supervision, perform respiratory therapeutic and diagnostic procedures as ordered. Focus on assessment, planning, implementation, and documentation of care, considering patient age and needs. May serve as Lead RCP in the absence of a supervisor.

Qualifications

• State RCP License required
• Current BCLS (AHA)
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) from NBRC
• Preferred: 2 years RCP experience
• ACLS within 60 days of hire
• NRP and PALS certificates preferred
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
