Role Overview: The Respiratory Therapist II provides advanced respiratory care, medication administration, and patient assessment, primarily in critical care settings. They independently manage ventilators, perform airway procedures, analyze blood gases, and educate patients and staff. Their responsibilities include collaborating with healthcare teams, ensuring safe and quality patient care, and supporting performance improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate patient care with a focus on population-specific needs, addressing biological, emotional, and psychosocial factors.
• Administer aerosolized medications, manage ventilators, perform invasive and non-invasive procedures, and interpret waveforms.

Qualifications & Skills
