Methodist Richardson Medical Center in the Dallas–Plano area is seeking a licensed Respiratory Therapist to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and provide evidence-based pulmonary care and diagnostic testing per physician orders.

Candidates must hold a Texas RCP license in good standing, BLS mandatory, and NBRC registration; ACLS/NRP/PALS as applicable with a 1-year timeframe. Minimum 6 months of experience required. Shift: 12X3 Night; hours 7p-7a, rotating days.

Formación

• Current Texas Respiratory Care Practitioners license in good standing.
• BLS certification required; ACLS/NRP/PALS as applicable, within 1 year of hire.
• Registered by the National Board for Respiratory Care; registry eligible if not yet registered.
• Minimum 6 months of respiratory care experience.

Your Job: In this highly technical, fast-paced, and challenging Respiratory Therapist position, you’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to provide the very best care for patients. The Respiratory Therapist consistently performs evidence based pulmonary care and diagnostic testing in accordance with physician orders and evidence based protocols.

• Currently licensed in good standing as a Respiratory Care Practitioners (RCP) by the state of Texas
• Current Basic Life Support certification required
• Advanced Cardio Life Support, NRP, Pediatric Advanced Life Support where applicable certification - must obtain within 1 year of hire)
• Registered by the National Board for Respiratory Care
• If Certified, must be Registry eligible and obtain Registered status within 6 months of hire
