The ideal candidate will have an AAS in Respiratory Care, WA licensure with CPR/BLS, and ICU experience. This on-site position offers a collaborative environment within a leading health system.

Qualifications

• Requires an AAS in Respiratory Care from a regionally accredited, CoARC-certified RT program.
• One year of hospital ICU/CCU experience; clinical experience during RT program acceptable.
• Licensed Respiratory Care Practitioner (WA) with active CPR/BLS certification.
• Understanding of respiratory physiology and ventilators; knowledge of lab CXR data.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
• HBOT department work requires passing a medical examination and renewal every 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive respiratory care services to a diverse patient population.
• Operate and maintain respiratory equipment; administer medications.
• Provide patient teaching and conduct thorough assessments to optimize respiratory function.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure holistic patient care.
