Qualifications

• AMA approved School of Respiratory Care required.
• RRT certification within 1 year, ACLS within 60 days, PA stateResp licensure upon hire.
• Experience with respiratory therapy techniques and equipment operation.

Responsibilities

• Administer respiratory therapy as prescribed (oxygen, meds, PFTs, ABGs, ventilation).
• Evaluate patient needs and adjust care per department protocols to improve outcomes.
• Monitor ventilated patients including weaning and airway care; perform rounds and assessments.
