Memorial Hospital Belleville, part of BJC HealthCare, seeks a Registered Respiratory Therapist to join the Respiratory Care Department. The role covers inpatient and outpatient services with 12-hour shifts, day schedule, and a weekend option, supporting high-quality patient care in our acute care setting.

The position emphasizes assessment, diagnosis, planning and management of respiratory therapies, with opportunities for advanced clinical work. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is offered.

Formación

• Education: Assoc or CoARC Accredited Prog - Respiratory Therapy.
• Experience: No Experience
• Licenses & Certifications: RRT, Basic Cardiovascular Life Support (BCLS)

Responsabilidades

• Communicates effectively with the healthcare team, including documentation and handoff.
• Educates and trains others in respiratory therapy treatments and procedures.
• Performs diagnostic and therapeutic respiratory procedures per established standards.
• Maintains advanced clinical skills to support ECMO, mechanical ventilation, bronchoscopy, sleep lab and related care as needed.
