Job summary

Memorial Hospital Belleville at Shiloh is seeking a dedicated Respiratory Therapist to join the Respiratory Care Department on a full-time basis. The position requires 6:45pm-7:15am shifts, three 12-hour shifts per week, and minimal weekends.

A $10,000 sign-on bonus is available for eligible candidates. Ideal candidates will have an assoc or CoARC-accredited program and be licensed to practice respiratory therapy.

Qualifications

• Assoc or CoARC accredited program in respiratory therapy.
• Respiratory Therapy qualification and licensure requirements.
• No prior experience required.

Responsibilities

• Performs diagnostic and therapeutic respiratory procedures following standards and policies.
• Applies respiratory knowledge to assess, analyze and troubleshoot patient needs.
• Communicates and documents care, handoffs, and collaborates with the health care team.
• Provides education to patients, families and staff on respiratory treatments and procedures.
• Maintains time management and seeks continual learning in responsibilities.
