Job summary

LanceSoft, Inc. is seeking a Respiratory Therapist (RRT/CRT) in Salina, KS for a permanent, full-time daytime role. Work 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM on 12-hour shifts with a pay range around $28/hour and relocation assistance up to $5,000.

The therapist will assess and treat patients, interpret orders, monitor responses, and collaborate with the care team across hospital and critical care areas. New graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Respiratory Care from an accredited program – Required
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential from NBRC – Required
• Current Kansas Respiratory Therapist license or eligibility – Required
• 1+ year of Respiratory Care experience – Preferred
• New graduates are welcome to apply
• NBRC certification required

Responsibilities

Schedule: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (12-hour shifts)

Pay: $28.00+/hour, based on education and experience

Job Summary

We are seeking a Respiratory Therapist (RRT/CRT) to provide respiratory care to patients across hospital and critical care areas. The therapist will independently assess patients, interpret physician orders, administer prescribed respiratory treatments, perform respiratory procedures, and evaluate patient responses.
